I know that pain doesn’t last forever.

We live in a world of duality. Like this lake. This lake is freezing at the moment and if you stay in the water too long you’ll die. But during the summer when it’s warm you want to dive in and stay a while.

In this world of duality it’s not what is done to us or bad luck or time to ask why me? It’s just how this world operates. Birth and death, good and evil, health and disease. Hot and cold, breathing and suffocating, swimming or drowning.

Almost every element of our world has two sides: nourishment and destruction.

I just focus on the beauty and when times are really hard I know the end is never the end. I know that pain doesn’t last forever. I know that love between souls continues beyond the concept of time and the space we occupy.

It’s turning always to the light and love. The light we can see and the light within us.
