It's been tough
Whenever it’s been a tough day, week or hour I find that focusing on a mental list of all the things you’re grateful for really helps. Along with releasing any spiritual attachments that may be influencing you.
Speaking of gratitude, I’m grateful for so many new clients that have come to me this past month. Many people are seeking healing. Many people are feeling like they’re in a pressure cooker right now and a lot of health issues are coming up.
